Showreel – THEVFX
This showreel features a selection of work focused on procedural visual effects, simulations, compositing, and motion design.
Projects were developed primarily in Houdini, using SOPs, DOPs, and VEX for building simulations such as fluids, pyro, RBD, vellum, and grains, as well as for procedural animation and rigging.
Nuke was used for compositing, with a layered AOV-based workflow and integration of sim-time outputs from Houdini.
Rendering was done with both V-Ray and Redshift, depending on the specific needs for quality and performance, utilizing a hybrid CPU/GPU rendering pipeline.
The motion design sections incorporate CHOP-based controls, procedural instancing, audio-driven deformations, and parametric animation systems.
The pipeline is structured for flexibility, suitable for both standalone and collaborative production environments, with optimized data exchange for compositing and rendering stages.
